Class Details:
Tuesday afternoons 2.00pm – 3.30 pm
Location: Red Sky studio, Sale Moor
Starting Tuesday 24th March 2026.
All equipment is available to use at the studio, but you are welcome to bring your own mat, blanket and cushion if you prefer.
Please wear comfortable clothing to allow you to move freely in your practise.
Please bring a drink of water with you for hydration.
Cost of classes:
Block of 5 sessions costs £42.50p
A single class costs £9.00
Payments are non-refundable. You may transfer your class up to 24hours before class.
